Quality and Technical

 

What are your COF parameters?

Our films are produced according to the following parameters:

- Low slip level: 0.35 – 0.60

- Medium slip level: 0.20 – 0.35

- High slip level: < 0.20

 

Do you have a quality control system in place?

Since PolyExpert it´s committed to offer you the best polyethylene films on the market, our products are submitted to an extensive quality control process, including raw materials quality control, product quality control (during production and once finished), test controls, handling system for off spec products and complaint management, among others.

Do you offer perforated, micro-perforated or « bags on rolls »?

No. PolyExpert offers you the best quality polyethylene films ready to be converted in traditional or embossed versions (taffeta or diamond embossing).

 

Do you offer biodegradable films?

Yes.  PolyExpert committed itself to offer innovative and sustainable solutions for the environment; this is why we offer our range of products in oxo-biodegradable and compostable versions.

What forms of films do you offer?

PolyExpert offers you a wide variety of films, including sheets, tubes, U-films, J-films, C-films and gussets, in different gauges with 3 in. to 6 in. cores and widths from 4 in. to 90 in.

 

What type of films do you manufacture?

PolyExpert offers you the best quality in mono-layered and multilayered LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and MDPE blown films.

Do you offer conversion services as well? (bag manufacturing, printing, and so forth)

No. Poly Expert is the largest non-integrated polyethylene film manufacturer. We have focused our resources on producing films ready for conversion.
