Job Description<\/h4>\n

To support our development, PolyExpert is currently looking for someone who is eager to be part of a passionate sales team and to take on the leadership of the customer service team as a Customer Service Supervisor.<\/p>\n

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, you will work with the sales, research and development, production and logistics teams to maximize the quality of the customer experience. In addition, you will act as the right arm of the Vice-President<\/p>\n

The challenges of this position include:<\/h4>\n

Managing the customer service team:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage the customer service team in collaboration with the VP
\n\u2022 Analyze working methods
\n\u2022 Develop standard methods
\n\u2022 Document data entry processes
\n\u2022 Management of finished product inventories
\n\u2022 Receive customer complaints and make referrals within the organization<\/p>\n

Sales opportunity management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for the management and follow-up of sales opportunities
\n\u2022 Provide leadership in opportunity analysis
\n\u2022 Responsible for the zero gate
\n\u2022 Work in collaboration with account managers and the research & development team on each opportunity
\n\u2022 Perform analysis as requested by the VP<\/p>\n

Management of the pricing matrix<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible pricing by customer\/order
\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining the set marginal contribution
\n\u2022 Update price lists<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/h4>\n

This position is for you if you recognize yourself in this profile:<\/p>\n

\u2022 BAA in Management or Logistics or DCS in administration or any other relevant education and experience
\n\u2022 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing environment
\n\u2022 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience in managing a customer service team
\n\u2022 Experience in inventory management
\n\u2022 Experience in implementing ERP or other computer system
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills in French and English
\n\u2022 Experience in price\/ quotation management<\/p>\n

We are located in the Laval industrial park and are accessible by bus from the Laval metro stations. Dedicated storage space for bicycles for active transportation.<\/p>\n
